The one oldest and most important temple of Uluwatu sets a great vision at the point of sheer cliff on the southern peninsula of Bali. Pura Luhur Uluwatu is also one of Bali’s important sad Kahyangan temples, in which dwell major deities-in Uluwatu’s case ; Bhatara Rudra, God of the elements and of cosmic force majeures.
A village some 15 minutes away from Taman Ayun and can be reached in one hour drive from Kuta, Sangeh often considered as the biggest monkey sanctuary in Bali.
